Tracking: All our jackets are dispatched from Mumbai, India. Once shipped, you'll receive an automated email at your provided mail address detailing the package specifics. Payments: All orders are prepaid. We currently do not have any partial payment or ‘cash on delivery’ facility/options. Refunds or exchanges are not permitted once the hand painted work begins.

Size Issue & Exchanges: Every jacket we craft is hand-made and tailored to order. We strongly advise referencing our size chart before selecting. Should you require further sizing information, we're readily available on our listed communication channels to assist with any details. Please note, international exchanges are challenging.
